RECRUITMANUFACTURING

Leather Craftsman

Inherit the craft — and build the next sixty years.

In this role you master the full craft — from cutting to finishing — at a leather atelier that leading brands have chosen since its founding in 1966.

A skills-transfer program with veteran craftsmen is in place. What matters most is not prior experience, but whether you can keep facing the handwork, day after day.

01RESPONSIBILITIES ── What You'll Do

  • Make leather bags and small goods: cutting, skiving, sewing, assembly, and finishing
  • Take part in the skills-transfer program with veteran craftsmen
  • Produce to the quality standards of leading-brand OEM work
  • Join the making of new samples

02PERSON ── Who We're Looking For

  • Experience in sewing or leather production preferred (beginners welcome, given a passion for handwork)
  • Someone who can keep honing their craft, patiently and steadily

03HIGHLIGHTS ── Why This Role

Hone the craft with your own hands

Handling leather, cutting, sewing, finishing — you acquire the skills of the craft through practice, facing each process and stacking up careful work.

Craft in dialogue with the material

No two pieces of leather share the same expression. You read each hide's character and make products that bring out its appeal.

Your work reaches customers as a product

What you make passes into customers' hands and is used for years. Your care and attention to detail translate directly into the product's value.

Build skills step by step

You don't need to master every process from day one. Start with the basics and widen the processes and techniques you handle as experience grows.

Join in sustaining a culture of craft

Leather making demands technique, sense, and care — not just efficiency. You take part in making products that last, while honoring the value of craft.
