RECRUITMANUFACTURING

Marketing

Invent new ways to deliver sixty years of craft.

The craft and the quality are there. What's needed next is the power to bring them to the world. This role owns marketing for the leather business end to end — from launching our own brand and e-commerce to generating leads for new OEM clients.

We actively use technology, including AI, to deliver big results with a small team — working hand in hand with B supply's consulting team.

01RESPONSIBILITIES ── What You'll Do

  • Launch and run our own brand and e-commerce
  • Plan and execute social media and content marketing
  • Generate leads for new OEM clients through trade shows and the web
  • Plan and improve the brand site and product pages

02PERSON ── Who We're Looking For

  • Hands-on experience in e-commerce or digital marketing
  • Someone who can run alongside the people making the products

03HIGHLIGHTS ── Why This Role

Deliver the brand through words and ideas

This role edits the product's appeal and the story behind the craft into forms that reach customers — thinking about how to deliver the brand's worldview and value, not just traffic.

Plan where product, customer, and store meet

With production, sales, and customer voices close at hand, your plans stay rooted in real products and real touchpoints — not desk-bound marketing.

Test small, improve fast

Across social, web, content, campaigns, and events, you widen customer touchpoints — improving as reactions come in and shaping the winning patterns that fit the brand.

Turn the story behind the craft into value

Materials, processes, the craftsmen's technique, how products feel in use — you convey the story beneath the product, delivering appeal that price and specs alone can't.

Join the brand's growth from early on

Rather than inheriting a finished operation, you help decide how to raise the brand from here — engaging its growth through communication, promotion, and customer understanding.
