New Business Strategy for a DX Support Company
A DX support company was searching for a new revenue pillar. We supported the launch of an education business from the ground up.
CHALLENGEChallenge
In addition to its existing business, the company had conceived of launching an education business as a new revenue pillar. However, it lacked sufficient in-house know-how for building something from zero to one, and progress had stalled even at the stage of outlining the business. It needed to advance service design and marketing simultaneously, but with limited resources, it could not determine where to start. The challenge was to keep the concept from remaining purely theoretical and instead shape it into a service that could actually launch.
APPROACHApproach
We provided end-to-end support for launching the education business from zero to one, from the concept stage through execution. While advancing the business design, we also took on the marketing work itself, building a structure that ran planning and customer acquisition in parallel. Working backward from the concrete goal of launching the service, we organized the necessary decisions and practical tasks in sequence as we supported the client. Rather than stopping at advice, we supported the client by embedding ourselves on the ground as a party to execution.
IMPACTImpact
By staying engaged through to the service launch, the education business, which had remained at the concept stage, actually got off the ground. In parallel, a mechanism for initial customer acquisition was built, laying the foundation for the business to operate on its own.
