RECRUITMANUFACTURING
Production Manager
Design the flow of production and bring out the atelier's full strength.
What supports leading-brand OEM work is not craftsmanship alone. Production planning, procurement, costing, delivery — the production manager designs the entire flow of manufacturing, so the craftsmen can focus on making.
From spec discussions with brand counterparts to coordination with subcontractors, this is the linchpin connecting the atelier with the outside.

03HIGHLIGHTS ── Why This Role
Shape the quality and flow of the floor
Watching quality, deadlines, processes, and the team's rhythm, you move production forward as a whole — keeping the floor able to make good things steadily, without strain.
Face both quality and productivity
Craft demands both protecting quality and raising productivity. Through process reviews, role design, and better procedures, you build a stronger production system.
Improve the floor together with the makers
Rather than managing top-down, you listen to the people doing the work and improve in ways that fit the floor — watching both people and process, delivering as a team.
Support craft as a business
Production underpins product value. By building the system that delivers good products consistently, you contribute to the brand's and the business's growth.
Feel improvements land
Process cleanup, standardization, inventory and deadline management — improvements show up quickly on the floor, and small ones accumulate into quality and a better place to work.
