Marketing Strategy for a Femtech Company

We supported a femtech company facing deteriorating ad acquisition efficiency, providing support from a marketing strategy overhaul through to the execution of ad operations. Through channel redesign, we aimed to restore the company's capacity for growth investment.

CHALLENGEChallenge

At this seed-stage femtech company, customer acquisition through advertising had been driving business growth. However, ad acquisition efficiency had gradually deteriorated, and rising acquisition costs were beginning to squeeze profit. With its existing channel mix, it was becoming difficult to sustain growth commensurate with the ad spend invested. A sense of urgency was growing among management that the very capital available for growth investment could shrink.

APPROACHApproach

We began by scrutinizing the acquisition efficiency of existing ad channels and creative assets, clarifying the structure behind the rising costs. Building on this, we overhauled the marketing strategy itself, redesigning channel allocation and messaging. Rather than stopping at strategy formulation, we also took on the execution of ad operations, advancing strategy and on-the-ground operations together. We put in place a structure for continuous support spanning the business plan through to day-to-day operational improvement.

IMPACTImpact

Channel redesign improved ad acquisition efficiency. As a result, the company was freed from cost pressure, creating capacity that could be redirected to growth investment. It has shifted into a state where it can pursue growth while making effective use of its limited capital.
